Dr.-Ing. Hartmut Schütte is a German and European patent attorney and a professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of intellectual property. He advises and assists national and international clients, in particular medium-sized companies and multinational corporations, with respect to patents, utility models, trademarks and designs from prosecution to litigation and in all other areas of intellectual property.

Through a hand-picked international network of colleagues, in addition to the support in Germany and Europe, an internationally optimal support is also guaranteed. Hartmut’s practice focuses on technical intellectual property rights, from filing to infringement in all instances, nationally and internationally. In addition to a large number of German and European opposition, appeal and nullity proceedings, Hartmut Schütte has also participated in and supervised several subsequent proceedings before the German Federal Supreme Court.
