Daniel Hoffmann, Attorney and qualified specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law is a specialist legal advisor on transactions of medium-sized and venture capital-financed companies, private equity investments as well as general corporate law and corporate succession issues. Daniel represents the interests of his clients in contractual negotiations, as well as in the resolution of disputes through litigation or arbitration proceedings.

Daniel’s clients include medium-sized companies and shareholders, start-ups, their founders, high-net-worth-individuals and private foundations. He is also entrusted with supervisory and advisory mandates.

Daniel completed his legal studies at the Universities of Cambridge, England and Regensburg. The focus of his post-graduate studies, which he completed with the degree of Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, was Mergers & Acquisitions.
