Dr. Bernd-Christian Göllner is a German and European patent attorney and a professional representative before the European Union Intellectual Property Office. He advises and assists national and international clients, in particular medium-sized companies and multinational corporations, with respect to patents, utility models, trademarks and designs from prosecution to litigation and in all other areas of intellectual property.

Due to his intensive technical understanding and enormous detailed knowledge in the field of mechanics and automotive engineering, Bernd focuses on technical intellectual property rights in addition to scientific intellectual property rights from drafting to granting and participates in national and international infringement proceedings. He is specialized in particular in the preparation of complex IP applications and extensive application portfolios, whereby an optimal protection is achieved internationally by a fine-tuned adaptation of the strategy to the respective possibilities of national law.
